Wedding & Event Booking 

General

See Rose Floral Design will provide all floral and design elements as detailed in your wedding or event estimate. Any additional items requested after the initial agreement will be charged separately and reflected in an updated estimate.

All estimates are subject to change based on:

• The market price of flowers, foliage, and required materials at the time of order (typically the week prior to the event).
• Availability of seasonal flowers and foliage at the time of purchase.

A minimum order value of £2,000.00 applies to all bespoke wedding flower bookings.

Consultations & Site Visits

Your proposal includes:

• One complimentary consultation (1 hour)
• One final consultation (30 minutes)
• One venue visit (complimentary if See Rose Floral Design has not previously worked at the venue)

Any additional consultations or site visits are charged at £20 per hour.

Labour Fee

A labour fee of 20% of the total order value will be added to your final balance.
This fee covers – but is not limited to – the following services prior to the event date:

• Consultations and planning meetings
• Venue/site visits
• Proposal revisions and design planning
• Communication (emails, calls, logistics coordination)
• Sourcing and ordering flowers and materials
• Prepping and assembling floral designs
• Scheduling and coordinating any additional team members

Please note: The labour fee does not cover services carried out during the event or after, such as delivery, or collection (see below). Any additional support required during the event itself — such as relocating arrangements between locations, on-site adjustments, or breakdown services — may be subject to additional charges and must be agreed in advance.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

Delivery, setup, and post-event collection are not included in the labour fee and may incur additional charges depending on:

• Venue access and parking arrangements
• Time required on-site
• Number of locations or delivery points
• Distance from studio

These costs will be clearly outlined in your proposal or final invoice. Please advise if collection of hired items is required, as this must be pre-arranged and will be quoted separately.

Payment Terms

• 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and confirm the booking
• 50% of the remaining balance is due 90 days before the wedding or event
• The final balance (including labour and any confirmed extras) is due 30 days before the event date

Failure to make payments by the agreed deadlines may result in the loss of requested flowers or services.

No refunds can be given once full and final payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

• 12+ months prior: No cancellation fee, deposit retained
• 6–9 months prior: 50% of the remaining balance due
• 0–3 months prior: 100% of the remaining balance and labour fee due

If you postpone your wedding, See Rose Floral Design will honour your booking if the new date is available. The deposit will be held for up to 12 months. If a new date is not confirmed within this time, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you postpone within 30 days of your original date, your full payment will still be due but can be held as a credit note for a new date within 12 months.

Flowers & Materials

• All flowers will be delivered in optimal condition
• Responsibility for care and storage after delivery lies with the client
• Specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal or market factors
• Substitutions may be made using the closest possible alternatives

Hire Items

• Hired glassware/sundries must be returned within 5 days, cleaned and in original packaging
• Damage or loss of hired items will be invoiced at replacement cost
• Collection by See Rose Floral Design can be arranged at an extra cost

Additional Notes

• Parking and access charges incurred at venues will be invoiced to the client
• Clients are responsible for communicating floral decor placement to venues/caterers
• See Rose Floral Design is not liable for incorrect placement by third parties
• Floral elements moved by anyone other than See Rose Floral Design are the client’s responsibility

Force Majeure

See Rose Floral Design is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: illness, natural disasters, transport disruption, or government restrictions.

Disputes & Complaints

Any concerns must be raised within 1 hour of delivery or setup. No refund or compensation will be offered for issues raised after the event.

Images & Marketing

We reserve the right to use photos of our work at your event for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

Data Protection

Both parties will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. See Rose Floral Design is the data controller and will keep all your personal data confidential. For more information please view our Privacy Policy on our website or ask for a hard copy.

Event Coordination Services

1. Payment Terms
   All invoices are payable upon receipt. Full payment is required prior to the delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Booking Confirmation
   Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation (email or message) and any applicable deposit. This secures your event date and allows work to commence on your coordination services.
3. Cancellation Policy
   If you cancel the coordination services within 30 days of the event date, the full invoice amount remains payable, regardless of whether the event proceeds. This is due to the time, resources, and planning already allocated to your event.
4. Changes to the Event
   Any significant changes to the event scope, timing, or requirements must be communicated in writing and may result in an adjusted invoice.
5. Liability
   While every effort is made to ensure a smooth and successful event, See Rose Floral Design cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, vendor failure, etc.).
6. Professional Conduct
   We commit to providing a high standard of service, working respectfully with all vendors, venues, and guests to ensure a stress-free experience for you.
